EU-US Joint Tech Council

Rules need to be written on a range of sensitive technology issues. Many in the West believe that China’s technological superiority represents a strategic threat to the world order. So, what to do? Why don’t we start by having officials on both sides of the Atlantic collaborate to find compatible technology standards and create more resilient semiconductor supply chains? Two heads (of state) are better than one!
